How to overcome fatigue fatigue:
- Prepare a mixture of 1 orange juice, 1/4 grapefruit and 1/4 lemon peel.
- Prepare a cocktail of parsley, celery, 1 piece of garlic and 4 carrots.
Second recipe: mix 6 carrot juices, 1/2 beetroot and 3 parsley ties.
