Coconut prutti

Coconut napkins are easy to make and ideal for any occasion. For a little time invested, you will reward not only your own but also someone else's palate. The process is quick and easy. Mix water and sugar and bring to a boil.

In a hot melt mix the butter cut into smaller pieces and when melted, add ground biscuits, coconut flour and rum. Put in an oiled pan and flatten the mixture. Then pour over the chocolate glaze and allow to cool. Cut into small rhombuses.


  • 1 dl of water
  • 30 dag of sugar
  • 12 dag butter
  • 25 dag dry biscuits
  • 10 dag of coconut flour
  • rum
  • chocolate glaze
