Cream pancakes

ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 5 tablespoons teaspoon milk
  • 5 egg whites
  • nuts or chocolate
  • 1 sweet cream

Mix butter, sugar and egg yolks well, then add flour, milk and egg white. Bake pancakes in oil in a saucepan over medium heat, but only on one side.
