Gluten Free Diet

Many people who do food intolerance tests are wheat intolerant. Gluten is actually a sticky protein found in cereals, such as in barley, oats, wheat and rye. And in people suffering from an autoimmune disorder of the small intestine, gluten actually damages the small intestinal mucosa, which is why inflammation occurs.

Gluten-free cereals that can replace non-consumable cereals include corn, amaranth, quinoa, rice, millet and buckwheat.

As much as it may seem to a person to be unable to live without wheat, the choice of replacement cereals is large, and with a little imagination in the kitchen, wheat can be completely replaced.

Just one small cup of quinoa is enough for one meal because during cooking the mass will increase greatly.

All essential acids are found in quinoa, so it is recommended and useful food for all vegans and vegetarians.


Special flour can also be found on the market, from which gluten-free bread can be made, so people who are not allowed to consume gluten can still eat bread, but made from gluten-free flour.

It is important for a person to combine cereals in the diet to have a good defense system, balanced health and vitamin-mineral status.

If you suffer from a gluten allergy, there are many foods that can replace it, so you do not need to despair. It is only important that you eat and eat properly so that you feel well and are in good health.

It is necessary for you to have a varied diet and find among the gluten-free foods everything you need to improve the health of your body. It is okay if the diet will have enough vitamins as well as minerals.
