How to Prevent Fall Injuries in Young Children

Young children are naughty and you must be on your guard all the time to avoid being injured. There will be times when you just won't be able to react in time and your baby will fall on his butt, but that's nothing terrible. Please read below what you need to pay attention to. Here are some interesting tips and situations.

For smaller children:

  • always look after the child while on the dressing table
  • hold the child with one hand if you have to turn away from the dressing table
  • make sure that the dressing table is stable and the child stumbles or moves
  • baby chair (Babysitter) always place on the floor

For larger children:

  • lock windows or doors from balconies, terraces or porches or put a security lock on them so that the child can not just open them
  • use the seat belt in the stroller for as long as the child needs it
  • attach high chairs for feeding children to the table with a special furniture holder
  • use a staircase door if you have a staircase in the house
  • attach heavy furniture to the wall with a furniture holder
  • put slip protection in the tub
