Normal liver function is very important for a person to be in good health, while improper liver function can be a hidden cause of many diseases. Stones are the most common cause of liver failure and are accompanied by parasites.
It is actually very easy to clean the liver of calculus, and for this there is a natural method that you can make with the help of grapefruit juice and olive oil.
Cleaning should take two days. Cleaning requires 50 g of bitter salt, 1/2 cup of olive oil and 1 large fresh red grapefruit. No capsules, medicines or vitamins should be taken on the day of cleaning.
Eat cereals, honey, fruit and bread in the morning and do not eat anything greasy like butter, cream, oil, cheese or milk.
At noon eat baked potatoes with salt, no oil, fruit and bread. Do not eat anything greasy and drink plenty of water, because after 2 pm you should no longer drink or eat anything.
After 14 h, mix 6 dl of water and 50 g of bitter salt and divide the mixture into 4 parts. Put the bitter salt in the refrigerator. At 6pm, drink one quarter of the mixture, then take a few sips of water.
Leave the grapefruit and olive oil at room temperature to keep warm. Drink another quarter of the mix at 8pm and at 9:30 pm finish all activities and get ready for bed.
At 9:45 pm, prepare the drained grapefruit. Pour olive oil in half cup, add grapefruit juice and cover. Stir until the mixture is watery. Visit the bathroom as many times as needed.
At 22 h, drink the beverage in a standing position and drink it within 5 minutes. Once the beverage is drunk, lie flat on your back, with your head up on the pillow.
Be still for 20 minutes and try to fall asleep. While sleeping, try to lie on your left side as much as possible.
At 6 am, drink the third dose of bitter salt and go back to bed. After 2 hours drink the last dose and go back to bed.
At 9am you can start eating and drinking fruit juice. Half an hour later, eat some fruit, so an hour after that you can start eating light foods. By evening you will feel fully recovered. Needless to say, it is important to preserve the liver so that it can continue to function smoothly.
