You can also bake lamb and potatoes in the oven without tasting any less excellent. This meal will be over in about 65 minutes, and will drop around $ 30 per person.

Ingredients for 2 people

  • half a kilo of lamb chop with fat
  • 400 g of potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1.5 garlic slices
  • 50 ml dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 125 ml meatloaf

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. During this time, wash, dry and halve the potatoes. Rub the pepper into the lamb. Peel the onions and garlic and roughly chop them. Put the lamb on a high heat and in very hot oil, then place it in the pan with the fat facing up. Arrange the garlic, onions and potatoes around the lamb.

Put the wine and broth together, then put in the oven for about 40 minutes. Wrap the roast meat in aluminum foil and place the potatoes warm. Boil the rest of the juice and baking sludge with the rest of the stock, then squeeze through a thick strainer. Refine the taste as needed. If your sauce is too thin you can thicken it with a little starch.
