If you want to make the dough yourself and present your homemade cake, there are a few foods you need.


Dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1/4 bag of baking powder
  • 150 g margarine or butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • lemon peel
  • 40 g sugar

Stuffing:

  • 1 kg of raspberries
  • 100 g of sugar

Dressing:


  • 3 dl of cream
  • 120 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • vanilla sugar
  • 80 g biscuit crumbs

Prepare all the ingredients first and start with the ones you will make the dough for. From flour mixed with baking powder, margarine, egg yolks, sugar, scalloped lemon zest and a little milk if necessary, prepare a puff pastry.

Leave it in a cool place for about 1/2 hour. Put the spoiled dough into the cake form and cover with raspberries and sprinkle with sugar. Bake the cake at 220 ° C (493 K) for about 20 minutes. When half-baked, cover with prepared dressing and bake until done.
