Unpleasant body odors

Most people do not know that intense exercise or a strict diet can cause bad breath. If you exercise too much, the body becomes dehydrated, causing less saliva, and exacerbates bad breath. Saliva cleans teeth from plaque, and if it does not, bacteria and bad breath develop, so you need to drink plenty of water while you exercise.

If you do not have breakfast you can also have bad breath because the food stimulates the saliva that disappears while we sleep and therefore we have a bad morning smell. Weight loss diets and those with reduced carbohydrates cause bacteria to develop in the mouth.

Raw foods such as carrots and apples encourage saliva production and clear plaque, so it is good to chew it regularly. Bad breath will also alleviate cardamom, cinnamon, clove and herbs such as parsley, fennel and dill.

For natural teeth whitening, it is good to combine eight strawberries and baking soda as this will remove the stains on the teeth. Grease the crushed paste over your teeth and gently rub with a cotton cloth to remove the bacteria and whiten your teeth. You can also match this paste with lemon, but don't do it too often as it may damage the enamel.

People produce up to two liters of gas a day, which they emit ten to twenty times a day. People who complain about the winds do not drop them anymore, they are just more aware of them. But the gases increase if you chew gum, eat too fast, or smoke.

Intestinal gases are caused by the air we swallow and the bacteria in the gut. Foods such as onions or avocados are rich in carbohydrates that are more slowly absorbed and cause winds. You can mitigate the gases with activated carbon.

If you suffer from excessive sweating, you may be drinking too much water. Likewise, excessive sweating can be a result of high stress or high protein foods. Therefore, it is advised to bring in fluids as needed and try to reduce stress levels if possible.

Stress can also cause the feet to smell bad. It is good to wash them with antibacterial soap and change your socks regularly. To avoid fungi, dry them thoroughly and thoroughly after washing your feet.
