Quitting smoking is one of the best things you can do for your health. It is important to get rid of bad and harmful lifestyle habits as soon as possible. Cigarette addiction is one of the most common and wicked addictions.

Smoking addiction is considered to be a bigger and worse addiction than it is to heroin because it is difficult to get rid of and is also legal. Quitting smoking leads to an important health and long-term benefit for any individual who has once been addicted to cigarettes.

Why do some people become addicted to smoking? When nicotine reaches the brain, it suddenly starts to swell in your head and you feel alert and stimulated. Because of the nicotine, the heart starts beating faster, so that more blood passes through the body per minute.


The following are the golden rules of non-smoking that will improve the quality of each person. If you are working on a baby and want to expand your family, it would be a good idea to stop smoking for three months before you start planning, not just women but men as well.

When you are in a blissful state, it would not be a good idea to continue unhealthy habits and continue smoking. Tobacco can mark the path to other drugs, including cannabis. To reduce the risk of infant disease, you should not keep your baby in your arms while you smoke.

For those who still cannot resist this bad habit, they can try cigarettes that do not have a high percentage of tar. Do not smoke the cigarette all the way to the filter as it contains the highest amount of concentrated carcinogenic substance.


For all addicts who still do not intend to quit, it would be a good idea not to smoke more than 5 cigarettes a day. Interestingly, many people realize that quitting smoking is easier than they thought. This is why many ex-addicts wish they had done it earlier.
