What are the simple desserts

Desserts are part of every menu and almost everyone loves them, though they often seem complicated, and all desserts have a simpler version. Instead of buying ready-made cakes, biscuits, puddings or something else, try your skills and make simple desserts yourself.

Biscuit cake - for eight people

  • ingredients:
  • 5 eggs
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 2 dcl yoghurt
  • 2 dcl of oil
  • 270 g flour
  • ½ bags of baking powder

Procedure:

Whisk eggs and sugar then add yogurt and oil and finally flour and baking powder. You can add fruit, dried or fresh, chocolate cubes or covered with chocolate glaze to this biscuit. You can add two tablespoons of powder to the biscuit and get it diced.

Grease the baking sheet with oil and powder. Shake mixture and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for half an hour. Insert a toothpick in the middle of the cake and if the toothpick is clean the cake is baked, if not bake for another 5 minutes.

Cookies - about three barns

  • ingredients:
  • 1.5 kg of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 bag of Vanilla sugar

Procedure:

Whisk eggs, milk, yoghurt and oil with sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Then gradually add the flour to the baking powder and mix in the smooth flour. Leave it in the fridge for half an hour and roll and mold and cut the shapes you want or shape them with your hands.

Stack in oiled pan or baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, baking the cookies until they are about 12 minutes. Let them cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. If you wish, you can pour them with chocolate frosting, glue on each other with jam, or add the diced chocolate to cubes.

Rice on milk for two

  • ingredients:
  • 600 ml of milk
  • 70 g of sugar
  • 2 bags of Vanilla Sugar
  • 120 g of rice
  • cinnamon as desired
  • tablespoon of instant coffee
  • tablespoon grated lemon rind

Procedure:

Boil milk, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the rice and cook for about twenty minutes, stirring constantly. Depending on your taste, you can add cinnamon, instant coffee or grated lemon peel to the end of cooking. You can also add a dice of chocolate or something.

Serve in bowls warm or cold depending on your preference and season. This dessert is a kid favorite and can be combined with vanilla pudding. Enjoy simple desserts that will delight everyone's palate.
