Yogurt cake

This speed cookie could be a good choice if you are visiting sudden guests or family. You should already have all these foods in the fridge. The yogurt cake has a very mild taste and is easily digestible, and with the addition of some fruit it becomes a real treat.

Use a glass of yogurt as a measure for flour, sugar and oil. To prepare yogurt cakes, you need the following ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 bags of baking powder
  • lemon peel

Mix the egg yolks with foam, then add yogurt, oil, flour with baking powder and a scoop of lemon zest. Mix well and finally whisk together the egg white. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan, then bake for about 25 minutes at 200 ° C (473 K). On top of the mixture, you can stack some sort of peeled fruit before baking.
